World Tai Chi Day 2025
Apologies for the late post! Saturday April 26th, we enjoyed World Tai Chi Day 2025! It was only the second time in 19 years we got rained out, so we squeezed into Shigong Gary’s school and still had a great time moving, breathing, and stretching together. Thank you to Shigong Gary for running another healing World Tai Chi Day.
I also want to wish a huge congratulations to my junior martial sister 師妹 (Shīmèi) Ana Zink for her promotion to Black Sash in Tai Chi. Ana is not only an accomplished student of Tai Chi who has won many competitions, she has taught her own Tai Chi programs at the Worcester MA YWCA. Ana is a wonderful classmate and I’m very proud of her accomplishments in the martial arts.
