The Metrowest Kung Fu Lion Dance Troupe is Team Hongshi 红狮! (“Team Red Lions.”)
We perform traditional Futsan (佛山狮) Lion Dance for any occasion, whether it’s celebrations of Chinese culture (such as the Mid-Autumn Festival 中秋节) opening for a tournament, or other important and joyous events.
Unlike many other lion dance troupes, our members all have backgrounds in traditional Chinese martial arts training, as Kung Fu and Lion Dance are very closely related.
