Qigong with Shifu Gregg Zilb ~ May 2nd 2026

Saturday May 2nd, we were joined by my Shigong 师公 Gregg Zilb of Authentic Shaolin Kung Fu. (Shīgōng translates to “master”, “teacher’s teacher”, or “martial grandparent.”)

Shigong Gregg worked with students of our Maynard and Oxford locations on Eight Elixirs Qigong, 18 Luohan Qigong, Tai Chi applications, and Tai Chi sword.

We had a great time learning together with out extended Kung Fu family. It was a rare privilege to have four generations of students together in one class:

Shigong Gregg > Shifu Gary > me > my students

I hope my students understand what a rare privilege this is martial arts, to have that many generations of your Kung Fu family still active!
