You cannot take back what you say. Bad words are like bad attitudes: they simply work against you.

As students, leaders, coaches, and instructors, we need to be careful of the words we use, because they have a great impact on the people we share the arts with. Using negative words or negative phrases, or having a negative attitude only makes people view us negatively.

It is better to inspire greatness than it is to demand it. Greatness is inspired through passion and belief. Therefore, the first step is to get passionate about your training.
