Sunday November 17th, we travelled to our parent school Authentic Shaolin Kung Fu to participate in Enter the Dungeon, an annual seminar hosted by several masters of the Chinese martial arts!

We got to practice:

  • Old Frame Chen Style Taijiquan with Master Kwong Cheuk

  • Mantis Style Double Daggers with Shifu Leslie Julien

  • Shaolin Drunken Boxing with Shifu Gregg Zilb

  • Seven Star Mantis with Shifu Johnathan Rivera

It was a great experience to get to practice with so many qualified masters, and we look forward to next year’s event!
