Be a healing part of history! Our parent school New England Kung Fu will be hosting this year’s World Tai Chi & Qigong Day at their location in Oxford Massachusetts.

World Tai Chi & Qigong Day is an event that has participating groups of people all over the world. At 10am local time, communities in over eighty countries come together to breathe together, move together, and provide a healing vision for our world. 

The event is free and open to the public. Beginners are welcome; no Tai Chi experience is necessary.  The first hour will be group qigong exercises which will include light stretching and breathing. The second hour will consist of group Tai Chi forms (beginners may follow along) followed by a brief demonstration of higher level internal Chinese martial arts.

There will be no classes at the Maynard location.
