Shitaigong Gregg will be returning to teach the first two parts of the Eighteen Luohan Qigong Form, as well as the Eight Elixirs Qigong Form.

These exercises are excellent compliments to Tai Chi and Kung Fu practice. The workshop is beginner-friendly.
