We’ll be celebrating Year of the Fire Horse on Cape Cod with multiple Kung Fu seminars!

Tai Chi on the Beach: 10-11am

Breathing Life into Qigong with Shifu Gary: 12-1pm

Deceptive Step Flower Fan 靠步出花扇 (Kào Bù Chū Huā Shàn) with Shifu Cheyenne: 1-3pm

Eight Step Fist (Two Person) 八步拳 (对联) (Bābùquán Duìlián) with Shifu Gary: 3-5pm

Students will be permitted to travel to the hotel for the day, or stay over night, either Friday, Saturday, or both. We have a block of rooms reserved at a discounted rate. The hotel is pet-friendly! Only students 18 and older may stay at the hotel. Younger students may attend if they are accompanied by a parent/guardian. Seminars are for students 13 and older only, as well as members of the Tiger Team.
