Lunar New Year Celebration

2026 is Year of the Fire Horse! We will be celebrating by teaming up with the Chinese American Association of Sudbury to celebrate!

We’ll be celebrating in the style of a Miàohuì, or “Temple Fair” (庙会), which is essentially a street festival. It will be set up at Lincoln-Sudbury High School from 3-6pm. People can come watch the performances. There will also be food and crafts for sale, as well as activities for kids!

Our school will be putting on a lion dance as well as a Tai Chi and Kung Fu demonstration! Performers for the Tai Chi and Kung Fu demonstration are needed. The Demo Team will be meeting to practice Tuesdays 4:30-5:15pm, now up through the event.
