Shigong Gary will be joining us for our third iteration of the Kung Fu Lab, where we will be doing a deep dive into the Shandong Shaolin form, Northern Style Fist 北派拳 (Běi Pài Quán). (Frequently referred to in our school by its Cantonese pronunciation, Bāk Pài Quán.

Shigong Gary will be teaching not just the form’s movements, but also applications, line drills, target drills, conditioning, and more. This form is open to any student who has begun learning the form. Open to students ten years old and older.

Cost: $20 per student, cash preferred

Combined Sparring
10:30am-12:30pm

The Oxford and Maynard schools will be training reaction skills (push hands and sparring) together.

Gear is required for sparring; if you do not have your own, you may borrow it from the school.

Our sparring is safe and friendly; beginners are welcome.

Cost: FREE, but donations to Shigong Gary are encouraged
