Join us for a femmes-only self-defense class lead by Shifu Eliot’s elder martial sister 師姐 (Shījiě), Shifu Cheyenne.

Shifu Cheyenne trains and teaches at the Kung Fu & Tai Chi Academy of New England. She is an avid competitor who is a many-time Grand Champion of both forms and sparring at a wide variety of tournaments, large and small. She is a member of the Association of Women Martial Arts Instructors.

The class is beginner-friendly and open to the public. Ages twelve and older. The class is free but donations are accepted. Minimum of five students required.
