Elevate your week with our 75-minute traditional Vinyasa Flow class, guided by local yoga teacher Sam Shipman
Vinyasa is a style of yoga that pairs breath with movement and features a solar phase, bringing more exciting and vigorous flow, and a lunar phase, focused on deep stretches and quieting the mind.
This class is considered approachable for all levels, encouraging you to honor your body’s unique needs and abilities. You will leave class with a sense of balance and serenity!
Bringing a mat, any props, and water bottle are encouraged. If you do not have your own props, there are plenty at the school you may borrow.
