We'd like to welcome the newest member of our Kung Fu family...

Ursula Susan Prisby, born April 1st 2016 at 4:30PM! Everyone is back home, healthy and happy. (Tired, but happy!) We are looking forward to getting back to training, and would like to extend a very heart-felt "thank you" to our Kung Fu family at the school, Sihing Matt, Katina, and Master Bloch for their coverage of the school while we were gone, and the Maynard community at large for their continued support of Metrowest Kung Fu. We are so happy to be starting a family in such a wonderful community.

We would especially like to thank Sifu Gary for his hard work presiding over the Open House for Wellness that took place on Friday. A Sifu is so much more than a martial arts coach, and Sifu Gary is an outstanding example of what a martial arts instructor should be to his/her students and community.
