9 Keys to Courage: Courage is not what you say, it is what you do

Your actions always speak louder than your words. People won't hear what you have to say until they've seen you do what you have to do.

Remember that people (especially children) learn more from what we do and how we handle things than any words we can ever say. It is our job and responsibility as leaders to make sure that our actions match our words. We must "walk the talk." That is what integrity is all about, following through and having the courage to do what we say.
